Job requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve service sales targets, with a focus on project sales.

  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records.

  • Manage relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet client expectations.

  • Manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and deals through the entire sales process.

  • Work closely with Managing Directors and Product Development teams to align strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Travel as necessary to meet with clients, attend industry events, and foster business relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales within the technology industry.

  • Proven track record in technical sales, with a focus on service sales, project sales, and team augmentation.

  • Understanding of the technology industry, market dynamics, and emerging trends.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.

  • Fluency in English and German is required.
