Job requirements
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve service sales targets, with a focus on project sales.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records.
Manage relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet client expectations.
Manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and deals through the entire sales process.
Work closely with Managing Directors and Product Development teams to align strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.
Travel as necessary to meet with clients, attend industry events, and foster business relationships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales within the technology industry.
Proven track record in technical sales, with a focus on service sales, project sales, and team augmentation.
Understanding of the technology industry, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Fluency in English and German is required.
