The position in a nutshell
As a Business Analyst (f/m/d) at finbyte, you will take full ownership of product analysis and development activities for web and mobile applications for our major clients. You will work closely with our clients and internal development teams to identify and build product features and remove roadblocks to ensure a smooth delivery process. You will be responsible for setting the pace of our teams, helping to prioritize and define the product roadmap, and the long-term technology strategy. In addition, you will guide your teammates to make sure that they perform development activities in line with project KPIs and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage all product requirements from definition and modelling to development, testing and launch to shape the web and mobile applications of our clients
Lead product requirement meetings with clients to define the product vision and roadmap in line with the business strategy and objectives
Translate customer requirements into detailed product requirements and roadmaps for the internal engineering teams and ensure timely delivery on agreed timelines
Provide clear and unambiguous specifications to enable the development team to produce high quality applications
Create and manage product backlog items, prioritize them with customers and engineering teams in line with the project goals
Ensure the overall quality of new releases and track key performance metrics with regards to the product
Continuously contribute to the product vision and roadmap and manage expectations of our clients
Collaborate with project managers and important stakeholders on the planning, estimation and monitoring of Business Analysis activities
Build and foster a team culture that is positive, encouraging, inclusive, and engaging
Act as a mentor and reviewer of teammates to improve quality of work and the delivery process
Research and propose good practices that can drive up the efficiency of business analysis activities
Qualifications & Experience
BS/MS in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
5+ years of relevant practical experience as Business Analyst or in a similar role
Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to deal with ambiguity in a global, fast-paced environment
Good knowledge of software development practices and agile methodologies
Experience in prioritizing competing demands, scoping large efforts and negotiating timelines
Comfortable working in cross functional and diverse teams
Passionate about product development and discovering improvement areas constantly
Fluent in English
